Igor Polovodov

Russian type and graphic designer. He lectures on typography at North-West Printing Institute of Saint-Petersburg State University of Technology and Design. Since 1994 he is engaged in type design. Polovodov developed more than 60 types, including: White, Roton, DipMandi, MacUser, Kha Khantin, Kha Nenets, Kha Nganas, Kha Mansi (the last four types were developed for nations of Far North, Siberia and Far East); Cyrillic versions of Latin types: Chicago, Charcoal, Textiles, Techno, Capitals, Template Gothic (2003), Scott Makela's Dead History (2003) and Barnbrook's Exocet (2003).
