Celestino Piatti

Swiss graphic designer, typographer and illustrator (b. Wangen, 1922). From 1959 on, he designed many postage stamps for the Swiss post office. He does the corporate identity (including type) for Deutscher Taschenbuch Verlag (1960-), and is best known for murals, posters and over 500 book covers.
