Ilya Pazderin During his studies at the School of Type design in Saint Petersburg, Russia, Ilya Pazderin designed the experimental typeface Optica (2016-2017), which covers Latin and Cyrillic. Optica, which is based on Bookman, tries to alter the glyphs for readability at very small (micro) sizes.
